Comes with 22 years of experience in the field of Human Resource & Administration. He has gained experience from working in different sectors like the Service industry, Manufacturing, Advertising sectors & the IT / ITES Domain. He has been instrumental in building up corporate teams and has been responsible for talent acquisition and employee retention. He has played strategic roles in framing policies and realignment of roles & responsibilities, Training & Development etc.,

Dr. Paul has served in many capacities such Trainer, Mentor, Life Coach, Advisor, Administrator, Counsellor and off course a Human Resource Expert. He has earned Doctoral Degree in Cosmic Law & Psychology and possesses wide knowledge and exceptional skills in Psychological Counseling. His services are utilized to provide holistic approach of life by educating, enabling and empowering the younger generation for a better tomorrow.
